Blogger Introduction
Hello everyone! I’m bex from www.rebeccageeves.blogspot.com and today I’m writing about my lovely home county of Essex!
My blog consists of a mismatch of everything include beauty, fashion, lifestyle and self-help.
Why I chose to write about Essex…
Now I know that the Essex area has been tarnished with the likes of TOWIE over the past few years, but I’m here to hopefully show you that it is still such a beautiful place to visit.
5 things to see and do in Essex
Walking
There are plenty of beautiful parks, trails and scenic routes in Essex for a walk, hike or a run…
Shop
Now if you follow me on twitter you will know that this is my favourite thing to do! And there are plenty of places in Essex to do this without having to take the travel into London.
Get a Tattoo
Getting tattooed is one of my favourite things to do in Essex.. I have got four of my tattoos in Essex and there are some really amazing places. Definitely don’t need to head to London for a great tattoo.
Southend on sea
This is one of my favourite places and I don’t mean for the beach.. I love the arcades and I will never get too old for it!! Definitely one of my favourite spots.
The Clubs
Now I am not a huge drinker anymore, but Essex has got some pretty good nightlife. Whether you go to chelmsford, Romford, Brentwood or even Southend there is a club for every scene and music taste and it really puts a great night out.. I recommend Missoula, faces, CTZN and sugar hut.
Rebecca’s Recommendation for Food & Drink in Essex
For me I will always love the city diner in chelmsford that offers amazing diner food. The full shebang when it comes to greasy grub and the fact you can get a quarter pounder mixed grill for £8.50 is amazing.
